Own and build Mindly’s CRM function, including email, push, and in-app communications. Design automated, trigger-based journeys, manage audience segmentation, monitor delivery and engagement metrics, and run performance analysis and A/B tests. Collaborate with the product team to create cohesive user experiences while improving conversion, retention, LTV, churn, and campaign outcomes.

Manage end-to-end recruiting from sourcing through offers across product, technical, and marketing roles. Partner with hiring managers, proactively source candidates, track recruiting funnel analytics, forecast hiring timelines, and build scalable hiring processes in a fast-growing remote-first product company.
