The Events Manager owns end-to-end planning and execution for provider, recruiting, networking, leadership, and company events. The role requires managing multiple complex events, improving SOPs and workflows, coordinating stakeholders, and traveling up to 50% for major events and offsites.

Leads multi-location operations across Texas and additional states, managing office performance, KPIs, staffing, provider success, service standards, and growth initiatives. Coaches Office Managers, analyzes operational and financial metrics, implements improvement plans, manages change, handles escalated concerns, and communicates area performance to senior leadership. The role requires frequent travel among Houston, Dallas, and Austin, with additional travel as needed.

Guide mental health providers through onboarding, practice launch, credentialing, compliance, and transition into active private practice. Manage provider relationships, assess readiness, identify risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor milestones and performance metrics, provide coaching, and maintain accountability. The role requires influencing outcomes, solving operational challenges, and supporting sustainable practice growth across multiple provider accounts.

The Assistant Controller leads monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities; prepares financial statements, reconciliations, reporting, and technical accounting documentation; and supports audit, tax, compliance, and internal controls. The role supervises accounting staff, improves processes and systems, implements automation and AI tools, and partners with the Controller and CFO on financial insights and operational decisions. Experience with U.S. GAAP, healthcare or regulated industries, ERP systems, reporting tools, and process optimization is valued.

Supports talent acquisition by posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews and reference checks, coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant and hiring records, and communicating with candidates and hiring managers. Represents the company’s culture and role expectations while evaluating candidate qualifications. The role also assists with employee referrals and recruiting-system updates.

Sources and engages independent mental healthcare providers, assesses prospective partners, manages recruiting pipelines, conducts high-volume calls, tracks follow-ups and conversions, and develops new lead sources. The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, proactive outreach, and the ability to meet recruiting or sales targets in a fully in-office environment.

Manage provider relationships from onboarding through early practice growth. Guide clinicians through business setup, credentialing, compliance, and launch milestones; coach them on operational responsibilities and performance metrics; identify risks and barriers; coordinate with internal teams; maintain accountability; and develop action plans that improve practice sustainability and provider success.

Own production Power BI development, including reports, dashboards, semantic models, advanced DAX, Power Query, SQL, and dimensional modeling. Design, deploy, troubleshoot, and support scalable analytics solutions; modernize legacy BI systems; improve data quality, security, performance, and release practices; and collaborate with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and business stakeholders. Preferred experience includes Microsoft Fabric, source control, CI/CD, semantic model tools, and regulated industries.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, management reporting, and performance analysis. Translates operational and financial data into insights supporting growth, profitability, resource allocation, and strategic decisions. Builds dashboards, reporting workflows, and scalable planning processes; improves data quality and forecast accuracy; partners cross-functionally with organizational leaders; and mentors a Senior Financial Analyst.
