Handle Tier 1/2 support, design and deploy custom Deluge functions, integrate via APIs/Webhooks/JS/Python, manage implementations and data migration, document systems, train users, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to continuously improve CRM workflows and performance.

Lead and coach the Provider Support Specialist team, manage front-desk and facilities for a River Oaks location, act as account manager for provider cohorts, track provider engagement in the CRM, handle escalations, and support provider growth through feedback and training.
