Serve as the primary onboarding contact for new clinicians, guiding them through credentialing, compliance, practice setup, training, and CRM documentation. Build relationships, drive engagement, track progress, coordinate with internal teams, and report on cohort milestones to improve onboarding efficiency and provider success.

Provide friendly front-desk customer service for a mental health practice: answer phones, schedule appointments, verify insurance benefits, support providers with administrative tasks, and maintain a welcoming client environment during business hours.

Perform accurate insurance claim billing, post payments, verify benefits, research client ledgers, and provide professional customer service to clients and providers. Training provided; collaborate with team to meet billing goals and improve processes.
