Lead and coach the Provider Support Specialist team, manage front-desk and facilities for a River Oaks location, act as account manager for provider cohorts, track provider engagement in the CRM, handle escalations, and support provider growth through feedback and training.

Provide front-desk customer service for a mental health clinic: greet clients, schedule appointments, verify insurance benefits, support providers with administrative tasks, and manage phone and email communications. Full-time, in-office role with potential for advancement and training.
