The Events Manager owns end-to-end planning and execution for provider, recruiting, networking, leadership, and company events. Responsibilities include venue and vendor management, contracts, budgets, logistics, executive coordination, travel, event communications, process improvement, CRM tracking, reporting, and post-event analysis. The role requires managing multiple complex events, improving SOPs and workflows, coordinating stakeholders, and traveling up to 50% for major events and offsites.

Leads multi-location operations across Texas and additional states, managing office performance, KPIs, staffing, provider success, service standards, and growth initiatives. Coaches Office Managers, analyzes operational and financial metrics, implements improvement plans, manages change, handles escalated concerns, and communicates area performance to senior leadership. The role requires frequent travel among Houston, Dallas, and Austin, with additional travel as needed.

Guide mental health providers through onboarding, practice launch, credentialing, compliance, and transition into active private practice. Manage provider relationships, assess readiness, identify risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor milestones and performance metrics, provide coaching, and maintain accountability. The role requires influencing outcomes, solving operational challenges, and supporting sustainable practice growth across multiple provider accounts.
