Designs, develops, tests, secures, debugs, and supports enterprise applications using Java and modern technologies. Translates customer requirements into software solutions, participates in code reviews, coordinates cross-team dependencies, documents systems, resolves defects, and mentors junior engineers. The role also applies AI-assisted tools to improve development productivity and quality within an Agile environment.

Designs, develops, tests, documents, and supports enterprise applications using Java, Spring Framework, and modern development tools. Translates customer requirements into software solutions, debugs application issues, enhances existing systems, and collaborates with customers and cross-functional Agile teams. The role also involves applying AI-assisted engineering practices, understanding security considerations, and contributing throughout the software development lifecycle.

Provides functional and technical support for Mindex’s K-12 education software products. Responsibilities include triaging tickets, troubleshooting application, server, and database issues, documenting and reproducing defects, supporting reports and procedures, monitoring service trends, managing incidents, creating documentation, assisting customers, and contributing to product improvements. The role requires strong customer service, communication, documentation, technical troubleshooting, and knowledge of special education, intervention services, and Medicaid compliance.
