Develops new enterprise business in Brazil by prospecting strategic accounts, generating pipeline, leading complex consultative sales cycles, building ROI-driven business cases, negotiating with executives, and closing technology solutions involving implementation, integrations, and services. The role also contributes to commercial strategy, forecasting, market intelligence, and sales-team development.

Lead enterprise sales for Amplitude and Braze across the NOLA region, define regional strategy, and close complex B2B SaaS deals (>USD 250K) with long sales cycles. Build C-level relationships, manage pipelines and forecasts, deliver executive demos and ROI cases, expand accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet an annual quota of 8–10 deals.

Lead and develop an 8-person multidisciplinary squad to deliver high-impact Martech and Growth projects: translate business goals into strategies, ensure timely, quality deliveries, manage priorities and capacity, build client relationships across Brazil, and drive continuous improvement of delivery methods.
