Own end-to-end IT operations for a robotics company, including internal support, identity and endpoint management, multi-OS troubleshooting, lab and compute infrastructure, networking, hardware procurement, and facility readiness. Build AI-native automations using LLMs, MCP, APIs, and coding tools to streamline ticket triage, provisioning, access management, onboarding, and system reconciliation.
