Lead an onsite robotics engineering team supporting device fleet reliability and customer deployments. Manage hiring, coaching, coverage, escalations, incident response, diagnostics, provisioning, networking, dashboards, and postmortems. Serve as the senior technical customer contact, translate field issues into product priorities, and determine when problems require HQ engineering fixes. Remain hands-on with troubleshooting, coding, pull requests, testing, and deployment support across robotics data collection systems.

Lead quality assurance for a data annotation pipeline by running calibration sessions, identifying labeling inconsistencies, conducting root-cause analysis, updating guidelines, monitoring quality metrics, coaching reviewers, and coordinating with technical, operations, vendor, and annotation teams on complex robotics and multi-sensor data.

Own the company’s CAD, PLM, and engineering systems, with 3DEXPERIENCE as the core platform. Manage tool administration, configuration, upgrades, licensing, vendors, integrations, and roadmap decisions. Define engineering data standards, release and change processes, BOM structures, and EBOM-to-MBOM workflows. Ensure accurate data flows to manufacturing, supply chain, and quality. Evaluate and deploy new tools, automate repetitive work through scripting and APIs, resolve CAD issues, and train cross-functional teams.
