Lead technical vision and delivery as a founder-level CTO: build, launch, and scale a compliant mental-health marketplace across EU/UK/US. Own architecture, payments, AI strategy, security/privacy, developer management, devops, documentation, and investor readiness while preparing the platform for multi-country expansion.

Founding engineering and product leader who will own launch readiness, reliability and security of live therapy (video/audio/chat), end-to-end booking and payments, and grow the engineering and product team and processes post-launch.

Work directly with the founder to run operations, build AI automations and research, support basic finance/bookkeeping, manage legal/compliance documentation, and provide executive assistance including calendar, inbox, travel, and project execution.
