Manages multi-country payroll operations for the United States, Canada, and Japan, including payroll processing, tax filings, deductions, reconciliations, year-end reporting, audits, workforce-management administration, and compliance. Partners with HR, benefits, compensation, accounting, and finance teams on employee lifecycle changes and financial close activities. Oversees payroll communications, system rules, off-cycle payments, international funding, reporting, employee inquiries, team development, and special projects.

Develop territory strategies to grow market share and sales of regenerative biologics, advanced wound care, and surgical products. Build relationships with physician practices, hospitals, wound care clinics, and surgical centers; grow existing accounts and identify new prospects. Support presentations, marketing and sales planning, reimbursement issue resolution, and customer satisfaction. The role requires regular travel to clinical and customer sites within the assigned territory.
