The Commercial Ops Analyst supports field sales through data analysis, reporting, communication, and resource allocation to enhance decision-making for the Commercial Leadership Team.

Sell regenerative biologics and surgical products within an assigned territory by developing relationships with physician practices, hospitals, and clinics; grow existing accounts, identify new opportunities, present clinical data, resolve reimbursement issues, and meet sales targets while traveling regularly.

Manage procurement activities including creating and maintaining purchase orders, strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation and relationship management. Track spend, supplier performance, compliance metrics, and resolve material availability issues. Use QAD, CLM, and AI-powered tools for data analysis, reporting, and process improvement to support cross-functional supply chain initiatives in a regulated environment.
