Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule and execute MRP to generate production orders and purchasing needs. Balance capacity, materials, and delivery commitments; analyze capacity and schedule attainment; coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, Customer Service, and Engineering; support NPI and S&OP; monitor WIP and inventory; drive scheduling improvements and corrective actions.

Own, sustain, and improve manufacturing processes on the production floor to ensure stable, repeatable, and capable operations. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, apply SPC and process capability analysis, lead root cause investigations, implement corrective actions, and support NPI, validations, and continuous improvement in an electronics manufacturing environment.

Design, build, and maintain web applications, APIs, integrations, and backend services. Lead architecture decisions, mentor developers, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
