Leads the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office fiscal operations, including annual budget development, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis, contract and vendor management, grant oversight, fiscal reporting, and resource recommendations. Supervises accounting, analyst, and related staff; reviews financial entries, account codes, invoices, agreements, and budget compliance. Presents fiscal reports and recommendations to leadership, county boards, and committees while ensuring effective financial management and adherence to funding and contractual requirements.

Develops and manages the Community Reintegration Center’s budget, forecasts financial performance, oversees contracts, procurement, accounts payable, grants, and vendor relationships. Supervises business office managers and staff, conducts RFPs, analyzes fiscal and performance data, prepares reports and fiscal notes, supports legislative activities, and presents recommendations to county leadership and the County Board.

Supports Community Reintegration Center budgeting, fiscal monitoring, grant financial management, purchasing, audit coordination, and financial reporting. Prepares operating and capital budgets, budget schedules, transfer requests, fiscal notes, and committee reports. Analyzes financial performance, recommends resource allocations and corrective actions, ensures grant compliance, and represents the center with county departments, auditors, committees, and external agencies. Serves as backup Fiscal Administrator and helps maintain fiscal oversight and continuity.

Provides accounting and fiscal support for the Community Reintegration Center, including journal entries, deposits, cash receipts, reconciliations, vendor invoices, banking, revenue tracking, audits, and trust-account management. Processes resident checks, debit cards, bail payments, fines, and commitments. Provides front-desk and phone coverage, retrieves information through jail management systems, and supports accounting operations under the Accounting Supervisor.

Leads electrical engineering and capital improvement projects from planning and design through construction and closeout. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, quality, consultants, contracts, stakeholders, and regulatory compliance. Provides electrical systems expertise, develops engineering standards, reviews designs for quality assurance, prepares technical reports and estimates, supports capital budget requests, and coordinates training and project handoff for Milwaukee County facilities.

Provides first-level network incident support, monitors service queues and infrastructure alerts, triages and escalates issues, and maintains network uptime under ITIL practices. Installs, configures, upgrades, repairs, and documents network systems while supporting troubleshooting procedures and service desk teams. Participates in site inspections, projects, after-hours maintenance, and on-call incident escalation. The role works under senior engineer guidance and offers progression toward network engineering expertise.
