Leads the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office fiscal operations, including annual budget development, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis, contract and vendor management, grant oversight, fiscal reporting, and resource recommendations. Supervises accounting, analyst, and related staff; reviews financial entries, account codes, invoices, agreements, and budget compliance. Presents fiscal reports and recommendations to leadership, county boards, and committees while ensuring effective financial management and adherence to funding and contractual requirements.

Develops and manages the Community Reintegration Center’s budget, forecasts financial performance, oversees contracts, procurement, accounts payable, grants, and vendor relationships. Supervises business office managers and staff, conducts RFPs, analyzes fiscal and performance data, prepares reports and fiscal notes, supports legislative activities, and presents recommendations to county leadership and the County Board.

Supports Community Reintegration Center budgeting, fiscal monitoring, grant financial management, purchasing, audit coordination, and financial reporting. Prepares operating and capital budgets, budget schedules, transfer requests, fiscal notes, and committee reports. Analyzes financial performance, recommends resource allocations and corrective actions, ensures grant compliance, and represents the center with county departments, auditors, committees, and external agencies. Serves as backup Fiscal Administrator and helps maintain fiscal oversight and continuity.
