Leads industrial design for vehicle seating programs, translating customer and brand requirements into ergonomic, manufacturable concepts and production-intent designs. Creates sketches, renderings, CAD models, prototypes, and design documentation while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, sales, and program management. Supports validation, cost optimization, production release, launches, customer reviews, and competitive research. Manages multiple programs and may mentor junior designers, with occasional domestic and Mexico travel.

Develops and maintains short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts for customers, products, and business segments. Facilitates demand planning within the SIOP process, analyzes demand trends and forecast performance, and collaborates with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Purchasing. The role identifies risks, supports capacity and inventory planning, prepares scenarios and reports, and drives improvements in forecasting methods, SIOP processes, reporting tools, and data integrity.

Manages assigned products throughout their lifecycle from concept and development through launch, production, and discontinuation. Develops product strategies, roadmaps, pricing, and profitability targets; conducts market and competitive analysis; and coordinates cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, sales, and marketing. Monitors product performance, customer feedback, costs, and compliance while driving product improvements, business cases, forecasts, and successful product availability.
