Own end-to-end logistics execution for assigned customer accounts: manage order entry in ERP/TMS, coordinate carrier pickups and delivery appointments, align scheduling with production and inventory, enforce routing guides, monitor OTIF and escalate risks, validate fines, support root cause analysis, report metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead Milo's governmental affairs, community engagement, corporate giving, and external stakeholder strategy. Manage state and local government relations, legislative monitoring, industry association engagement, and community programs. Oversee corporate philanthropy budgeting, cross-functional communications, Salesforce relationship tracking, public affairs metrics, and supervise staff. Role includes food safety responsibilities and requires Birmingham, AL area location.

Own site month-end close, costing of work orders in Sage X3, and balance sheet reconciliations. Maintain inventory valuation and internal controls, analyze manufacturing cost drivers and performance metrics, develop cost standards and BOMs, support audits, forecasting, and cross-functional cost-reduction projects while partnering with site and corporate stakeholders.

Plan and maintain daily production schedules to meet sales and customer commitments. Use ERP (Sage X3) to create work orders, monitor inventory and FIFO rotation, update schedules, prepare operations reports, resolve inventory issues, and coordinate with replenishment and operations teams to optimize plant utilization and service levels.

Manage site month-end close, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and inventory valuation. Perform daily work-order costing in Sage X3, lead standard cost development, analyze manufacturing cost and efficiency trends, support audits, build reporting tools, and provide variance/root-cause analyses and cost estimates for new products. Partner with operations, supply chain, and corporate accounting to maintain internal controls and accurate financial reporting.

Responsible for implementing People-Based Safety across manufacturing facilities: conduct daily safety inspections, coordinate and deliver safety training, perform job hazard analyses, develop energy control procedures, investigate incidents and follow up on corrective actions, and coordinate the Safety Committee.

Lead and mentor the Infrastructure team and deliver the enterprise infrastructure roadmap. Design and maintain resilient on-prem and cloud (Azure) network and server environments, oversee capacity planning, monitoring, backup/recovery, disaster recovery, vendor management, and infrastructure automation. Support ERP/Sage X3 infrastructure, collaborate with InfoSec on vulnerability remediation and OT teams for manufacturing environments, and manage infrastructure projects and on-call escalations.

Lead daily production operations to deliver quality products on time; drive safety, quality, OEE and cost-efficiency targets; manage staffing, scheduling, MES metrics, inventory, and cross-department coordination; supervise production team and support food safety and regulatory compliance.
