Owns manufacturing cost accounting, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, inventory valuation, standard costing, BOM maintenance, and variance analysis. Partners with manufacturing and supply chain teams to investigate cost discrepancies, support budgeting and forecasting, maintain internal controls, and provide operational performance insights. Develops product cost estimates, supports audits, and contributes to continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives. The role is site-embedded in the Tulsa area with at least three days per week onsite.

Owns manufacturing cost accounting and site month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, inventory valuation, standard costing, BOM maintenance, and variance analysis. Partners with manufacturing, supply chain, corporate accounting, and site controllers to improve financial reporting, internal controls, forecasting, budgeting, and operational performance visibility. Develops product cost estimates and supports cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.

Plan and maintain daily production schedules to meet sales and customer commitments. Use ERP (Sage X3) to create work orders, monitor inventory and FIFO rotation, update schedules, prepare operations reports, resolve inventory issues, and coordinate with replenishment and operations teams to optimize plant utilization and service levels.

Lead and mentor the Infrastructure team and deliver the enterprise infrastructure roadmap. Design and maintain resilient on-prem and cloud (Azure) network and server environments, oversee capacity planning, monitoring, backup/recovery, disaster recovery, vendor management, and infrastructure automation. Support ERP/Sage X3 infrastructure, collaborate with InfoSec on vulnerability remediation and OT teams for manufacturing environments, and manage infrastructure projects and on-call escalations.

Lead daily production operations to deliver quality products on time; drive safety, quality, OEE and cost-efficiency targets; manage staffing, scheduling, MES metrics, inventory, and cross-department coordination; supervise production team and support food safety and regulatory compliance.
