Teams at Milo’s Tea Company, Inc.

Own and improve financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytical tools. Serve as the OneStream CPM subject matter expert, maintain data pipelines and models, build KPI dashboards, support financial reviews and board reporting, and lead Analysis of Change processes. The role connects enterprise systems, Databricks, and CPM while partnering cross-functionally and maintaining analytical documentation and standard operating procedures.

Acts as a financial business partner for an assigned business area, analyzing performance, budgets, forecasts, spending, headcount, profitability, and margins. Develops financial models, scenario analyses, business cases, executive review materials, and Board presentations. Partners cross-functionally on planning initiatives and recommends improvements to financial reporting and planning tools.

Manage warehouse and shipping operations, including inventory accuracy, labor productivity, safety, quality, and customer service. Lead, coach, and develop frontline leaders and hourly associates while coordinating with customer success, order execution, and transportation teams to ensure on-time shipments and minimize truck wait times. Participate in site leadership activities, drive continuous improvement, and support food safety and quality responsibilities.
