The role documents activity in Salesforce, supports local operations, represents the company at trade shows, and travels extensively throughout the assigned territory and to company events.

Creates, produces, edits, and manages professional video, photography, graphics, web, audio, and multimedia content for marketing and communications. Leads complex projects from concept through final production, provides AV support, maintains production software and equipment, troubleshoots technical issues, coordinates schedules, and develops digital content strategies. Establishes multimedia standards, supports campaigns and events, ensures brand consistency, and serves as a subject-matter resource for multimedia production.

Designs, develops, tests, and supports mechanical products, equipment, systems, and manufacturing processes. Responsibilities span concept development, engineering drawings, fabrication, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, validation, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with manufacturing, operations, maintenance, vendors, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve safety, reliability, quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness. The role is in-person in Vienna, Ohio, with possible travel to other facilities.

Manages customer interactions and retention while supporting sales teams. Responsibilities include processing customer orders, invoices, vendor payments, pricing, credits, inventory, logistics, Salesforce records, customer inquiries, delivery coordination, and resolving discrepancies. The role also analyzes buying patterns, maintains customer and product data, coordinates with production and sourcing teams, and proactively supports ongoing customer orders. This is an on-site position in Vienna, Ohio.
