Manage used vehicle sales team to drive productivity, profitability, and high guest satisfaction. Oversee inventory, lot presentation, lead follow-up, training, and close vehicle deals while coaching sales consultants.

Handle inbound and online automotive parts orders via phone, email, and online platforms. Assist customers selecting correct parts, provide pricing/availability/status, build account relationships, coordinate with inventory/warehouse for fulfillment, upsell products, resolve issues/returns, and maintain accurate records in dealership management systems.

Provide front-line guest service and administrative support to the dealership sales team. Greet guests, resolve issues, process sales paperwork, maintain CRM records, assist showroom and inventory tasks, and perform physical lot duties such as vehicle movement and snow removal.
