Sell and deliver vehicles by providing excellent guest/customer service, following sales processes, conducting demonstrations, following up with leads and buyers, overcoming objections, and maintaining lasting customer relationships through product knowledge and ongoing training.

Lead and manage the accounting office overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, vehicle titling, and dealership accounting. Ensure accurate, timely financial processing, maintain compliance, review reconciliations and month-end close, support leadership reporting, train staff, and improve workflows to drive efficiency and accountability.

Handle inbound and online automotive parts orders, assist customers in identifying parts, provide pricing and order status, coordinate with inventory/warehouse, build account relationships, upsell products, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records in dealership management systems.

Entry-level administrative role responsible for researching and matching manufacturers' invoices, coding invoices for payment, answering calls, researching discrepancies, issuing credits, supporting parts ordering and aftermarket glass teams, and accurately entering data. Performs additional duties as assigned and may back up ordering processes.
