Sell and deliver vehicles while providing excellent guest/customer service. Guide guests through vehicle selection, perform professional demonstrations, follow sales processes and follow up to drive satisfaction and referrals. Collaborate with team members, complete manufacturer/company training, overcome objections, and work on a commission/incentive pay plan. Schedule is Monday–Saturday.

Manage used vehicle sales team to drive productivity, profitability, and high guest satisfaction. Oversee inventory, lot presentation, lead follow-up, training, and close vehicle deals while coaching sales consultants.

Handle inbound and online automotive parts orders via phone, email, and online platforms. Assist customers selecting correct parts, provide pricing/availability/status, build account relationships, coordinate with inventory/warehouse for fulfillment, upsell products, resolve issues/returns, and maintain accurate records in dealership management systems.
