Lead and manage the dealership sales team to ensure high guest satisfaction, follow sales processes, convert leads, manage inventory/lot presentation, close vehicle deals, and provide ongoing training and relationship-building to drive profitability and repeat customers.

Sell and deliver vehicles while providing exceptional guest/customer service. Follow company sales processes, qualify and follow up with leads, demonstrate vehicles, overcome objections honestly, and build lasting guest relationships. Participate in ongoing company and manufacturer training, work with team members, and maintain a positive attitude to drive guest satisfaction and referrals. Commission/incentive-based role with Monday–Saturday schedule.
