Manage day-to-day web production across Drupal sites, including page creation, editing, publishing, scheduling, request management, troubleshooting, and quality assurance. Write and edit web copy, manage digital assets, improve workflows, and ensure accurate, polished user experiences.

Leads business and program development for Strategic Philanthropy, developing fundraising strategies, cultivating UHNW philanthropists and institutional funders, securing major gifts, managing partnerships, and stewarding donor relationships. Oversees a small business development team, supports financial planning and communications, integrates partners into events and programs, and represents the Institute at philanthropic convenings. Requires extensive fundraising or business development experience, executive presence, strong communication, project management, and occasional domestic and international travel.

Supports the Business and Program Development team through engagement strategy development, industry prospect research, outreach, relationship and data management, and event support. The intern will use AI tools to streamline projects, collaborate with Events, Programs, and Communications teams, and help identify opportunities to expand the Institute’s global network. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the New York office, occasional local event travel, and approximately 40 hours weekly.

Supports finance and business programming for global events by maintaining Salesforce and program databases, updating schedules and panel information, coordinating speakers, tracking milestones, documenting meetings, facilitating virtual logistics, and supporting event operations. The role collaborates across programming, speaker relations, events, and business development teams while ensuring accurate records, clear communication, and timely execution of program deliverables.

Creates concepts, storyboards, animations, motion graphics, video edits, VFX, color correction, and sound design for branded projects. Collaborates with creative teams and stakeholders, manages multiple deadlines, mentors junior designers, supports pitches, and ensures visual content aligns with brand objectives. The role also designs for immersive multi-LED environments and large-scale LED surfaces.

Supports Business and Program Development through accurate Salesforce data entry, account maintenance, quality control, report updates, document drafting, and departmental system operations. The role maintains process documentation, responds to ad hoc data requests, and collaborates with Business Development, Events, Finance, and IT teams to meet deadlines. It requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to use AI tools to improve data and document workflows.
