Serves as a strategic and operational HR partner to field and corporate leaders. Lead pursuit and execution of transmission and distribution (T&D) projects, build and manage project teams, oversee budgets, schedules, quality control, risk and change management, support contracts and negotiations, drive profitability and business development, and ensure safety and alignment with regional growth objectives.
