Oversee the full financial lifecycle of complex engineering and construction projects, including project setup, invoicing, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, receivables, contract reviews, and closeout. Advise project leaders on profitability, risks, compliance, and corrective actions; prepare executive reports; mentor junior accountants; and improve accounting policies, ERP workflows, and governance processes.

Lead pursuit and execution of transmission and distribution (T&D) projects, build and manage project teams, oversee budgets, schedules, quality control, risk and change management, support contracts and negotiations, drive profitability and business development, and ensure safety and alignment with regional growth objectives.

Manage end-to-end project accounting and lifecycle activities for assigned profit centers, including project setup, invoicing, job cost tracking, aged receivables, AP processing, contract and budget maintenance, and supporting project managers on cost/schedule monitoring, reporting, compliance, and project closeout. Provide document control, respond to client/vendor inquiries, and support process improvements and special reporting requirements.
