Legal Intern supporting real estate transactions, entity formation, contract drafting and review, document organization, contractual date tracking, and maintenance of governing-document and contract libraries. The intern will gain exposure to transactional law, litigation, landlord-tenant matters, intellectual property, employment, finance, and marketing while collaborating with the legal team, business departments, senior management, and outside counsel.

Performs real estate financial modeling, valuation, cash flow and investment analysis for development and acquisition opportunities. Conducts due diligence, evaluates financing structures and equity waterfalls, prepares reports and investor materials, assesses risks, and supports acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations, financings, and deal closings. Collaborates with development, construction, capital markets, asset management, property management, and accounting teams while improving analytical tools and reporting processes.

Coordinates employee experience programs including onboarding, offboarding, engagement activities, corporate events, wellness initiatives, volunteer opportunities, recognition programs, culture clubs, surveys, and employee communications. Maintains engagement calendars, tracks participation, supports recognition and milestone programs, coordinates logistics across multiple locations, and occasionally travels for major company events.

Leads corporate accounting, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, internal controls, accounts payable, and multi-entity accounting. Oversees accounting for real estate development and construction projects, including job costs, project draws, WIP schedules, capitalization, and lender reporting. Partners with executives, auditors, tax advisors, and operational teams on forecasting, financial analysis, risk management, and process improvements. Builds and manages the corporate accounting organization.

Leads corporate accounting, financial reporting, audits, internal controls, tax compliance, accounts payable, and multi-entity accounting across real estate, development, construction, and property management operations. Oversees project cost accounting, construction-in-progress reporting, project draws, capitalization, and financial controls. Partners with executives, auditors, tax advisors, and operational teams while building and developing the accounting organization.

Provides broad HR operations and employee support, including HRIS administration, employee records, onboarding and offboarding, leave administration, policy interpretation, compliance, employee relations, performance management, recruiting support, reporting, and benefits or payroll inquiries. Maintains confidentiality, supports investigations and disciplinary processes, coordinates employment changes, and assists managers and employees with workplace concerns and HR programs.

Manage end-to-end ASRS rack manufacturing and installation projects: plan schedules and budgets, coordinate engineering/production/logistics, ensure quality and compliance, communicate with clients, handle contracts/change orders, and support business development.
