Supports capital raising and investor relations for multifamily real estate projects. Responsibilities include investor and lender communications, database management, document and financial model coordination, reporting templates, presentation decks, investor reporting, and research to identify prospective capital partners. The intern also assists with analyzing financial and business materials and responding to investor requests.

Performs real estate financial modeling, cash flow projections, valuation, investment analysis, acquisition due diligence, capital structure and financing analysis. Prepares forecasts, reports, pitchbooks, and investment materials for senior stakeholders. Conducts market research and risk assessment while collaborating with development, construction, capital markets, asset management, and property management teams.

Leads corporate accounting, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, internal controls, accounts payable, and multi-entity accounting. Oversees accounting for real estate development and construction projects, including job costs, project draws, WIP schedules, capitalization, and lender reporting. Partners with executives, auditors, tax advisors, and operational teams on forecasting, financial analysis, risk management, and process improvements. Builds and manages the corporate accounting organization.
