Leads corporate accounting, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, internal controls, accounts payable, and multi-entity accounting. Oversees accounting for real estate development and construction projects, including job costs, project draws, WIP schedules, capitalization, and lender reporting. Partners with executives, auditors, tax advisors, and operational teams on forecasting, financial analysis, risk management, and process improvements. Builds and manages the corporate accounting organization.

Legal Intern supporting real estate transactions, entity formation, contract drafting and review, document organization, contractual date tracking, and maintenance of governing-document and contract libraries. The intern will gain exposure to transactional law, litigation, landlord-tenant matters, intellectual property, employment, finance, and marketing while collaborating with the legal team, business departments, senior management, and outside counsel.

Performs real estate financial modeling, valuation, cash flow and investment analysis for development and acquisition opportunities. Conducts due diligence, evaluates financing structures and equity waterfalls, prepares reports and investor materials, assesses risks, and supports acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations, financings, and deal closings. Collaborates with development, construction, capital markets, asset management, property management, and accounting teams while improving analytical tools and reporting processes.
