Co-lead construction safety program: develop and update safety policies, train employees and subcontractors, conduct inspections and accident investigations, maintain records, represent company in OSHA inspections, and ensure jobsite compliance.

Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in coordinating engineering and construction tasks: distribute plans, manage permits, track submittals/RFIs, update schedules, assist with invoices, change orders, punch lists, occupancy, and closeout; act as liaison to subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and owners, and complete OSHA 10-hour safety training.

Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout for budgets $500K–$25M. Manage multiple projects, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, contracts, RFIs, change orders, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate field staff, subcontractors, architects and engineers, promote safety and team development, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Assist Project Manager and Superintendent to manage construction projects: distribute plans, obtain permits, maintain schedules and logs (RFIs, submittals, bulletins), coordinate subcontractors/suppliers, support invoicing, punch lists, as-builts, occupancy/closeout tasks, and ensure project quality, safety, and documentation.
