Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, contracts, documentation, change orders, risk, quality, safety, and client relationships. Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, superintendents, and internal teams. Oversee project financial performance and schedule compliance while mentoring project staff and keeping leadership informed.

Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in coordinating engineering and construction tasks: distribute plans, manage permits, track submittals/RFIs, update schedules, assist with invoices, change orders, punch lists, occupancy, and closeout; act as liaison to subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and owners, and complete OSHA 10-hour safety training.
