Lead Mile 2's technical vision and engineering execution as CTO: set architecture and roadmap, drive AI/ML and human-machine teaming integration, standardize DevSecOps and cloud-native practices, oversee hardware/software integration and edge deployments, support proposals and customer engagements, scale engineering teams, and transition prototypes into production for DoW customers.

Design, deploy, and secure GCP networking and infrastructure using Terraform and GitOps. Build automation in Python or Go, manage self-hosted GitLab via IaC, implement identity and VPC controls, harden containers/GKE, integrate compliance-as-code for ATOs, and participate in the SDLC with code reviews and automated infra testing.

Lead end-to-end capture activities for SOCOM and Special Operations opportunities: shape requirements pre-solicitation, build capture plans, coordinate technical and proposal teams, manage teaming strategies, execute competitive analyses (Black Hat, SWOT, Price-to-Win), and drive transition-to-award and strategic growth within SOCOM mission spaces.

Support AFRL digital enablement by analyzing human-machine workflows, driving end-to-end product adoption, reducing cognitive friction, managing stakeholder operations, and coordinating training/upskilling pipelines.

Lead end-to-end adoption of digital products in DoD contexts by applying Cognitive Systems Engineering to analyze workflows, reduce friction, drive user engagement, manage stakeholders, and align agile teams with training and product pipelines.
