Answer multi-line phones, greet and assist customers, route calls, and provide administrative support. Maintain accounting schedules, perform basic reconciliations, create spreadsheets, enter data into the general ledger, and complete general office duties. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, knowledge of office procedures, computer proficiency, confidentiality, and teamwork. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., with rotating Saturdays.
