Answer inbound phone and online leads, identify customer needs, book showroom appointments, log activity in CRM, support BDC sales prospecting and training, and help drive vehicle sales through follow-up and appointment setting.

Greet and assist customers on the showroom and sales lot, present and demonstrate new and used vehicles, explain options and benefits, build rapport, overcome objections, close sales on a commission basis, and report activities to the Sales Manager.

Handle all digital leads and high-volume outbound follow-up via phone, text, and email. Qualify leads, set showroom appointments, provide pricing and payment options, maintain CRM records, and work with management to maximize showroom visits and close rates. Meet performance targets and support a high-volume dealership sales process.
