What You’ll DoRespond to all internet leads, calls, and digital inquiries quickly and professionally
Execute high-volume outbound follow-up (phone, text, email)
Set and confirm qualified showroom appointments
Provide pricing, product information, and payment options
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs
Maintain accurate CRM activity, notes, and follow-up
Work with management to maximize show and close rates
6 months to 2 years automotive sales or BDC experience preferred
Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
Process-driven with the ability to hit performance targets
Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable
Reliable transportation and ability to commute without issue
Experience with ELEAD CRM, CoVideo, Auto iPacket, AccuTrade/KBB ICO, and Google or Microsoft Office (preferred, not required)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check (in accordance with applicable laws)
Ability to provide three (3) professional references upon request
Compensation & Benefits
Performance-based pay plan with six-figure earning potential for top performers
Top performers typically earn $80,000–$120,000+ annually
