Provides administrative and academic coordination support to the Head of Department and IQAC. Responsibilities include maintaining departmental records, tracking academic and faculty submissions, coordinating meetings, monitoring PI-360 workflows, preparing reports, supporting quality assurance and accreditation documentation, drafting communications, and following up on pending tasks. Requires strong organization, communication, documentation, and proficiency with office productivity tools.

Manage and support institutional IT infrastructure, networks, servers, applications, end-user services, academic technology, and cybersecurity controls. Provide advanced troubleshooting, user provisioning, backup and recovery support, asset management, documentation, and vendor coordination. Monitor systems for reliability and performance, support classrooms and laboratories, maintain enterprise platforms, and identify automation and process-improvement opportunities.

Teach and develop Computer Science and Engineering curricula, mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students, conduct and publish research, secure funding, supervise research projects, lead academic programs, support junior faculty, participate in governance, and build collaborations with academic, industry, and professional partners.

Provides technical assistance to students and faculty during computer lab sessions. Installs, configures, and updates software; monitors systems, peripherals, and network connections; troubleshoots hardware and software issues; maintains equipment inventory; enforces IT policies; supports practical sessions, workshops, and exams; and keeps the lab clean, orderly, and ready for use.

Oversee daily operations and technical management of a Cyber-Physical Systems laboratory. Maintain hardware, software, inventory, networks, safety protocols, and documentation while supporting IoT, robotics, automation, embedded systems, and AI-driven research. Guide faculty, students, and research teams, coordinate vendors and institutional partners, facilitate workshops and projects, and report on lab utilization, infrastructure readiness, and research outcomes.

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses, develop engaging curriculum, mentor students, conduct and publish scholarly research, collaborate on interdisciplinary initiatives, participate in university service, and contribute to instructional improvement and professional development.

Counsel prospective students and parents, provide admissions and program guidance, manage applications and documentation, follow up with leads, coordinate interviews and onboarding, support outreach events, maintain admissions records, track conversion trends, and contribute feedback to improve enrollment and marketing strategies.
