Provides administrative and academic coordination support to the Head of Department and IQAC. Responsibilities include maintaining departmental records, tracking academic and faculty submissions, coordinating meetings, monitoring PI-360 workflows, preparing reports, supporting quality assurance and accreditation documentation, drafting communications, and following up on pending tasks. Requires strong organization, communication, documentation, and proficiency with office productivity tools.

Manage and support institutional IT infrastructure, networks, servers, applications, end-user services, academic technology, and cybersecurity controls. Provide advanced troubleshooting, user provisioning, backup and recovery support, asset management, documentation, and vendor coordination. Monitor systems for reliability and performance, support classrooms and laboratories, maintain enterprise platforms, and identify automation and process-improvement opportunities.

Teach and develop Computer Science and Engineering curricula, mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students, conduct and publish research, secure funding, supervise research projects, lead academic programs, support junior faculty, participate in governance, and build collaborations with academic, industry, and professional partners.
