Lead end-to-end Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 tenant cutovers for ~500 users using MigrationWiz/BitTitan. Tasks include inventorying source tenants, wave planning, tenant prep (Entra ID, licensing, directory sync), mail/domain cutover, coexistence, migrating mail/calendar/contacts and Drive/Shared Drives to OneDrive/SharePoint preserving permissions, SharePoint architecture, PowerShell/Microsoft Graph automation, governance, user comms, rollback planning, delta passes, and post-cutover hypercare.

Maintain multi-entity general ledgers; own AP and AR processes; record transactions and month-end journal entries; reconcile bank, card, and balance sheet accounts; prepare balance sheet reconciliations and analyses; maintain audit-ready documentation; partner with Controller to standardize processes and meet public-company reporting timelines.

Lead architecture and delivery of scalable, secure web products. Collaborate with product and ministry stakeholders, guide vendors, review code, and ensure quality, security, and maintainability across platforms.

Build and own the finance function for an FCM: daily customer-funds segregation, regulatory filings (NFA/CFTC), GL, month-end close, treasury, reconciliations, audit-ready controls, and automation of reporting and data pipelines while working with engineers, auditors, counsel, and banks.

Founding engineer will design, build, and operate core systems: order book, execution stack, exchange connectivity, and portfolio management. Work spans backend, frontend, data pipelines, and low-latency integrations. Define architecture, own production reliability and observability, conduct code reviews, and help shape engineering culture and early hiring.
