Hands-on Engineering Manager who splits time as a senior individual contributor on client projects and a mentor/strategic leader. Leads technical discovery, audits code health, defines outcome-based goals, drives accountability, and escalates technical friction while ensuring solutions are scalable, profitable, and aligned with client objectives.

Build and maintain full-stack Finance and Business Systems with Ruby on Rails. Own architecture, coding, automated tests, DB tuning, deployments, and production support. Partner with Finance, Operations, and Engineering to create auditable, correct, and actionable unit-economics instrumentation. Participate in on-call rotation, hiring, and documentation.

Provide first-line support for customers and internal staff: triage and resolve issues, reproduce and document product bugs, perform straightforward fixes, manage accounts/access, track tickets to resolution, maintain help docs, and collaborate with engineers to reduce repeat tickets.

Develop, test, deploy, and maintain Java/Spring backend services and React frontends for traffic management and mobility platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and improve platform scalability, performance, and maintainability within Agile processes.

Lead architecture and delivery of scalable, secure web products. Collaborate with product and ministry stakeholders, guide vendors, review code, and ensure quality, security, and maintainability across platforms.

Design, build, and maintain scalable Azure-based data pipelines, lakes, and warehouses. Create ETL/ELT processes, dimensional models, and business-ready datasets. Support reporting and Power BI, implement data quality, governance, monitoring, and document platform architecture and processes while partnering with stakeholders.
