Design, build, and maintain scalable Azure-based data pipelines, lakes, and warehouses. Create ETL/ELT processes, dimensional models, and business-ready datasets. Support reporting and Power BI, implement data quality, governance, monitoring, and document platform architecture and processes while partnering with stakeholders.

Source, engage, and qualify contractor candidates by running targeted searches, executing outreach campaigns, coordinating interviews, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline. Partner with Recruiting Leads, manage communications, and expand into preliminary interviews and NDA workflows as the role grows.
