The engineer partners across Software, AI, Product, and Hardware teams to balance reliability, security, scalability, developer experience, and cost.

Creates, designs, and animates motion graphics for nonprofit and mission-driven clients. Translates concepts and strategy into polished, on-brand video content, manages multiple concurrent projects, art directs when needed, troubleshoots creative challenges, and incorporates feedback quickly while meeting tight deadlines.

Authors detailed creative direction and production-ready briefs for agency projects, gathers and governs client resources, maintains campaign documentation, and coordinates handoffs with planning and production teams. The role ensures briefs are accurate, brand-aligned, resource-linked, critique-ready, and clear for client approval while managing multiple concurrent jobs and improving briefing quality.
