Manages an agricultural equipment dealership location, including business planning, sales performance, staffing, employee development, customer satisfaction, facilities, and profitability. Sells new and used agricultural, commercial worksite, and turf equipment while coaching sales professionals and coordinating with parts and service managers. Maintains product and competitive knowledge, conducts demonstrations, manages customer relationships, supports financing and trade evaluations, and represents the company in community activities.

Sell SPFH equipment and related products (AMS, Harvest Lab, Power Guard) within a defined territory. Build and maintain customer accounts and strategic marketing plans, demonstrate equipment, manage inventory and deliveries, support aftermarket strategy, participate in events, maintain relationships with industry and John Deere contacts, and ensure safe, professional customer interactions.
