Lead daily operations of a sign and vehicle graphics department, supervising 2-4 production and installation staff. Schedule production and field installations, monitor timelines, track job costing and labor, ensure quality for printing and vehicle wraps, coordinate materials and logistics, and drive safety and continuous improvement while collaborating with Sales and Customer Service.

Operate bindery production tasks including feeding stitcher pockets, inspecting and sorting stitched/addressed product, stacking and shrink-wrapping pallets/skids, changing strap reels, and maintaining a clean, safe work area to meet quality and shipping requirements.
