Lead plant performance reviews, support design and commissioning, train client operations staff, provide operational guidance for Direct Reduction plants, prepare documentation and reports, assist startups and remote monitoring worldwide.

Provide cost control and analysis for Direct Reduction Iron plant projects: build and maintain work package budgets in the ERP, prepare month-end reports, forecasts (ETC/EAC), variance and earned-value analysis, manage invoicing and risk registers, and coordinate cost data with project teams, accounting, procurement, and stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.

Develop, maintain, and extend proprietary engineering calculation tools using C++/Qt and Microsoft Power Platform. Support software integration, documentation, testing, and user training. Collaborate across departments, assist with software/hardware procurement and migration, and apply engineering domain knowledge (thermodynamics, heat transfer, kinetics) to produce traceable, maintainable process modeling and data-analysis solutions.

Prepare and maintain P&IDs, PFDs, equipment/line/instrument lists and process system databases; develop Intelligent P&ID procedures, validate database integrity, lead design reviews, train users, and support CAD/P&ID tools integration.

Lead enterprise data architecture, designing data lakes/warehouses, pipelines, and governance. Implement scalable cloud/hybrid platforms, metadata, catalogs, lineage, and security. Partner with stakeholders, mentor teams, and support analytics, AI/ML, and regulatory reporting.

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Midrex's external digital products: translate strategy and plant-floor needs into prioritized product roadmaps, manage backlog and sprint activities, define success metrics, partner with engineering, operations, data and commercial teams, ensure integrations with engineering platforms, and drive product adoption, ROI tracking, and continuous improvement.
