Lead Midrex’s product management function and digital product portfolio. Set portfolio strategy, priorities, frameworks, and team capacity while managing and developing product managers. Own product roadmaps, backlogs, business cases, ROI, customer validation, delivery standards, and success metrics. Partner with engineering, operations, commercial, data, and executive teams to deliver scalable industrial digital platforms, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities that improve customer outcomes and recurring revenue.

Prepare and maintain P&IDs, PFDs, equipment and process-system lists, and engineering reports for Midrex plant projects. Create detailed drawings from engineering concepts, manage process databases, check drawing consistency, lead design reviews, maintain software libraries, improve Intelligent P&ID workflows, coordinate with vendors and other engineering disciplines, and train users. The role requires CAD proficiency, database management, technical communication, and at least five years of technical experience.

Designs and analyzes mechanical systems and equipment for direct reduction plants and new technologies. Leads mechanical engineering efforts, coordinates engineers and designers, reviews drawings, specifications, vendor documents, quotations, and quality materials. Supports purchasing, sales, estimating, inspections, and field assignments. Develops equipment improvements, coordinates with consultants and clients, provides technical guidance and mentorship, and travels to fabrication workshops and project sites.

Designs and analyzes mechanical systems and equipment for direct reduction plants and new technology initiatives. Leads mechanical engineering efforts, reviews drawings and vendor documentation, develops technical specifications, supports procurement and proposals, conducts inspections, coordinates with clients and consultants, and mentors engineers and designers. The role includes industrial equipment design, project coordination, technical problem-solving, and 10%–25% domestic and international travel to fabrication shops and job sites.

Apply chemical engineering fundamentals to analyze simulations, experiments, and operating data; assess feasibility and risks; use innovation methods to advance concepts; identify and document inventions; coordinate with legal and patent counsel; manage IP records and prosecution activities.
