The Program Coordinator performs various administrative tasks, supports course data management, assists with registration, and handles logistics for classes.

The Director of Accounting supervises staff, manages accounting operations, ensures compliance, assists in audits, and handles financial reporting. They serve as a liaison and oversee multiple accounting functions in a fast-paced environment.

Provide one-on-one and small-group tutoring in business subjects (accounting, finance, marketing, economics). Guide students through course concepts, study strategies, exam prep, and problem-solving without giving answers. Maintain records, uphold confidentiality, complete certified tutor training, assist with workshops/events, collaborate with staff, refer students to resources, and support a welcoming, organized tutoring environment.

Provide administrative and clerical support for the AHEC office, including bookkeeping and budget reporting, purchasing and invoice processing, travel arrangements and reimbursements, records and filing maintenance, meeting agendas and minutes, distribution of program materials, confidentiality upkeep, and occasional after-hours or travel assignments.

Lead development, implementation, assessment, and continuous improvement of retention and first-generation student programs. Oversee First-Generation Services, Early Alert and Academic Intervention, onboarding, mentoring, and outreach. Use data to identify at-risk students, design interventions, coordinate campus and community partnerships, manage assessment and reporting, and advise student programs like the Student Ambassador Program and First-Generation Club.

Lead and manage the Institutional Research function, overseeing data collection, validation, analysis, reporting, and dashboards. Ensure compliance with state and federal reporting, support accreditation and strategic planning, supervise research staff, maintain data definitions and methodologies, translate complex data into actionable insights, and collaborate with campus leaders to support institutional effectiveness and student success.
