Provide one-on-one and small-group tutoring in business subjects (accounting, finance, marketing, economics). Guide students through course concepts, study strategies, exam prep, and problem-solving without giving answers. Maintain records, uphold confidentiality, complete certified tutor training, assist with workshops/events, collaborate with staff, refer students to resources, and support a welcoming, organized tutoring environment.

Processes student admissions, transcripts, transfer credit evaluation, TSI compliance, and maintains records in the college imaging system. Handles data entry, public contact, transcript requests, assists with graduation and reporting, trains staff, and supports registrar office duties during peak periods.

Serve as subject-matter expert for benefits and leave programs; administer leave and benefits (enrollment, changes, terminations), ensure compliance, oversee an HR Generalist, coordinate with Payroll, manage open enrollment and reporting, handle workers' comp and retiree premium reimbursements, and support onboarding and HR reporting.
