Teams at Midland College

Serve as first point of contact for scholarship inquiries; process and track scholarship documents; assist students with applications; maintain records and eligibility checkpoints; support disbursements, donor stewardship, event logistics, and compliance with service/volunteer requirements.

Provide one-on-one and small-group tutoring in business subjects (accounting, finance, marketing, economics). Guide students through course concepts, study strategies, exam prep, and problem-solving without giving answers. Maintain records, uphold confidentiality, complete certified tutor training, assist with workshops/events, collaborate with staff, refer students to resources, and support a welcoming, organized tutoring environment.

Facilitate dual-credit classrooms, coordinate with the Midland College instructor of record, maintain ISD attendance and grade records, support students on Canvas/Turnitin/My MC Portal, communicate with parents/guardians, and promote college-level rigor and expectations.
