Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and staff across the college. Support recruitment, absence management, occupational health referrals, produce and interpret People data, handle employee relations and performance management, assist change processes, deliver training on HR/L&D systems, support shared services and People projects, and manage less complex ER matters within an allocated portfolio.

Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students with additional learning needs or disabilities, enabling access to study programmes. Supervise learning and social areas, prepare resources, maintain records, set SMART targets, liaise with lecturers, signpost welfare services, and promote social development and employability. Attend training, meetings, and be trained as a Fire Marshal and First Aider. Enhanced DBS and safeguarding compliance required.
