Lead and mentor mortgage originators, deliver training, perform daily file reviews, support underwriting and committee decisions, ensure regulatory compliance, provide technical support for electronic loan systems, and drive sales and business development while escalating complex cases to senior management.

Manage mortgage servicing tasks including default management and loss mitigation, investor EDR and PMI reporting, foreclosure package processing, member servicing inquiries, escrow and general ledger reconciliations, and compliance. Coordinate with internal departments, provide technical support for electronic services, cross-train in department functions, and exercise sound judgment and professionalism.
