Prospects, solicits, quotes, and sells new middle-market commercial insurance accounts exceeding $35,000 in annual premiums. Designs coverage plans, evaluates risk exposures, develops client relationships, generates referrals, prepares proposals, and meets production and retention goals. Coordinates with account managers and carriers to ensure accurate placement, servicing, renewals, documentation, and compliance. Maintains sales activity in CRM and agency systems while educating clients on coverage, payments, loss control, and policy requirements.

The Financial Advisor develops and manages employer-sponsored retirement plan business, particularly 401(k) plans, while advising plan sponsors and participants. Responsibilities include financial planning, investment and insurance product sales, client education, enrollment support, lead follow-up, relationship management, compliance documentation, community outreach, and sales performance reporting.
