Leads deposit and digital banking operations, overseeing account servicing, transaction processing, electronic banking, debit card services, customer support, controls, compliance, risk management, vendors, and operational performance. Drives process improvement, automation, system implementations, testing, issue resolution, business continuity, audits, examinations, and merger-related operational activities. Partners with technology, compliance, risk, internal audit, and business teams to improve efficiency, customer experience, and operational resilience.

Reviews and verifies residential mortgage applications for completeness, eligibility, regulatory and investor compliance. Orders appraisals, flood certifications, employment verifications, and other processing services; updates loan origination systems, processes required forms and fees, coordinates with internal teams, and supports accurate HMDA reporting while maintaining confidentiality.

Provides high-level administrative support to executive management, including calendar and schedule management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, correspondence, recordkeeping, information requests, and confidential document handling. Coordinates with internal departments and external contacts, prepares meeting minutes and reports, maintains files, and supports efficient information flow. Requires strong communication, organization, confidentiality, Microsoft Office proficiency, and regular attendance.
