Leads the bank’s second-line Enterprise Risk Management function, including risk governance, risk appetite, third-party risk, model risk, regulatory matters, and audit issue management. Supports the Chief Risk Officer, presents to management and the Board, oversees risk policies and processes, manages ERM staff, coordinates examinations and submissions, and monitors financial and operational risks.

Manages complex commercial and industrial lending relationships, develops new business, cross-sells banking products, evaluates creditworthiness, structures and negotiates loans, and oversees loan closing, funding, portfolio quality, collections, compliance, and risk management. The role also maintains customer relationships, participates in community activities, tracks sales performance, and provides guidance to commercial loan officers.

Implements the bank’s Community Reinvestment Act compliance and community impact initiatives. Manages charitable contributions, sponsorships, nonprofit partnerships, volunteer programs, and community campaigns. Tracks and reports outcomes, supports financial literacy efforts, represents the bank at community events and on nonprofit boards, and identifies public relations and storytelling opportunities that strengthen the organization’s community presence.
