Conducts AML and BSA compliance investigations, monitors transactions, analyzes customer activity, identifies suspicious patterns, distinguishes false positives from actionable alerts, and prepares Suspicious Activity Reports. Applies BSA, AML, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, and FinCEN requirements; maintains investigation records, supports risk assessments, and collaborates with compliance and fraud teams. This is a fully onsite role in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Supports instructional design and employee learning initiatives by developing training materials, presentations, facilitator guides, job aids, e-learning content, and other resources. Collaborates with Learning & Development professionals and subject-matter experts, researches adult learning practices, organizes learning content, and reviews materials for accuracy, accessibility, consistency, and organizational alignment. The internship provides exposure to banking-related training, mentorship, networking, and professional development.

Supports Financial Advisors by managing client communications, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, coordinating client education events, processing service forms, assisting with sales initiatives and referrals, and addressing client service needs. The role also provides administrative support, coordinates advisor schedules, manages account information and reporting, liaises with carriers and investment companies, and supports marketing and operational requests. Strong organization, communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and current financial services experience are required.
