Provide administrative and program coordination support for GlobalX programs: manage logistics, communications, data collection and reporting, serve as first point of contact for families, support on-site program execution, and assist the Director with confidential administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President of Academic Affairs: manage complex calendars, communications, meetings, events, budgets, and office operations; coordinate schoolwide projects, committees, accreditation tasks, and visitor logistics; maintain confidentiality and provide professional front-line contact for students, families, faculty, and community partners.

Provide in-person classroom supervision and basic instructional support for Preschool–Grade 5 on an on-call basis. Follow teacher lesson plans, record attendance, maintain a safe inclusive learning environment, assist with materials, supervision during outdoor/play and field trips, and support school safety and sanitation procedures.

Provide administrative and project coordination support for campus planning and facilities projects: maintain schedules, documentation, budgets, meeting coordination, vendor communication, and update capital planning systems to ensure organized project delivery and timely issue escalation.

Supervise and support students in GlobalX extended learning programs (after-school, summer). Lead activities, enforce rules, maintain safety, communicate with staff and families, and assist GlobalX coordinators. Participate in safety and mandatory child-abuse reporting, collaborate with school faculty, and perform other assigned duties during program hours.

Develop and implement individualized learning support plans, interpret psychoeducational evaluations, coordinate services and assistive technology, monitor student progress, manage standardized testing accommodations, consult and train faculty, liaise with families and external providers, and lead continuous improvement of Middle and High School learning support services.
