Design, implement, and maintain secure LAN/WAN environments (Cisco Meraki, Nexus, Catalyst). Lead infrastructure projects, monitor and report on network performance, troubleshoot wireless, routing, switching, VPNs, and remote connectivity. Owns system- and board-level design decisions, mixed-signal, power, and high-speed interfaces; leads bring-up, validation, failure analysis, manufacturability, and cross-functional integration. Mentors engineers, supports suppliers and contract manufacturers, and defines test and reliability strategies for production and sustainment.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, senior executives, and Board: manage schedules and travel, organize recurring meetings and quarterly Board logistics, support events and conferences, track expenses and reimbursements, coordinate cross-functional projects, draft executive communications, and handle sensitive issues with discretion.

Lead board-level design and product development for automotive LiDAR systems. Drive schematics, component selection, PCB architecture, integration, validation, test plan execution, root-cause analysis, DFM/DFT, and sustainment while collaborating across mechanical, firmware, optics, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Design, analyze, and validate LiDAR optical components and subsystems from concept through early production. Define optical requirements and specifications, perform Zemax and FRED analyses, run lab validation and tolerance studies, collaborate with opto-mechanical teams, and work with global suppliers to ensure manufacturable, high-performance optical designs.

Design and implement FPGA architectures and RTL (SystemVerilog/Verilog), create and execute unit and system test plans, perform synthesis/simulation and timing closure, integrate and bring up features in hardware, mentor junior engineers, and participate in ASPICE SDLC including peer reviews, verification (UVM/OVM), and requirement-based testing.

Design, develop, validate, and support board-level electronics and electrical subsystems for automotive LiDAR products. Lead schematic development, component selection, PCB reviews, hardware bring-up, debugging, integration, test plan execution, root-cause analysis, and production sustainment while collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Lead global IT strategy, roadmap, and budget; manage IT staff and desktop/infrastructure support; maintain cybersecurity posture and compliance (SOX, ISO27001, CMMC, TISAX); support audits and ITAR; oversee network, servers, cloud (AWS/Azure), and identity/security architecture; train staff and communicate IT plans to leadership.

Lead defense-sector sales and BD for UAV/aerial systems integrating MicroVision lidar and perception solutions. Identify and qualify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, manage proposals/RFPs, drive pipeline and pricing, represent the company at events, and coordinate with engineering, program managers, and global sales to win DoD and international business.
