Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies for advanced sensing, lidar, perception software, and photonics technologies. Responsibilities include go-to-market planning, product positioning, demand generation, account-based marketing, sales enablement, industry events, digital marketing, market and competitive analysis, KPI measurement, and agency/vendor management. The role partners with product, engineering, sales, business development, and communications teams to grow pipeline and commercial opportunities across industrial, automotive, defense, security, and infrastructure markets.

Leads the People Operations function, advising executives, developing talent acquisition and HR strategies, managing employee relations, ensuring employment-law compliance, overseeing employee lifecycle processes and benefits, managing budgets, analyzing people data, supporting organizational culture and change, and mentoring HR and recruiting staff.

Design, implement, verify, and bring up FPGA/RTL features for automotive LiDAR products. Create FPGA architectures from system requirements, develop RTL (SystemVerilog/Verilog), build testbenches and UVM-based verification, perform synthesis/simulation and timing closure, integrate features into hardware, and mentor junior engineers within an ASPICE development flow.

Design and implement FPGA architectures and RTL (SystemVerilog/Verilog), create and execute unit and system test plans, perform synthesis/simulation and timing closure, integrate and bring up features in hardware, mentor junior engineers, and participate in ASPICE SDLC including peer reviews, verification (UVM/OVM), and requirement-based testing.

Manage and drive new-product launch schedules and milestones, run weekly launch reviews, align deliverables with program teams, escalate risks, ensure safe launch execution, and track KPIs for timing, quality, performance, and cost. Work on-site with operations, purchasing, quality, and supply chain to support successful product launches.
