Leads the People Operations function, advising executives, developing talent acquisition and HR strategies, managing employee relations, ensuring employment-law compliance, overseeing employee lifecycle processes and benefits, managing budgets, analyzing people data, supporting organizational culture and change, and mentoring HR and recruiting staff.

Design, implement, verify, and bring up FPGA/RTL features for automotive LiDAR products. Create FPGA architectures from system requirements, develop RTL (SystemVerilog/Verilog), build testbenches and UVM-based verification, perform synthesis/simulation and timing closure, integrate features into hardware, and mentor junior engineers within an ASPICE development flow.

Lead defense-sector sales and BD for UAV/aerial systems integrating MicroVision lidar and perception solutions. Identify and qualify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, manage proposals/RFPs, drive pipeline and pricing, represent the company at events, and coordinate with engineering, program managers, and global sales to win DoD and international business.
