Leads personnel, technical delivery, project planning, staffing, scheduling, risk management, and deployment coordination for globally distributed MEDEX/MEDXS mission teams. Coordinates engineering, systems administration, network, and database support across OCONUS locations, including CENTCOM and EUCOM. Manages SPOT records, Letters of Authorization, theater access, host-nation clearances, and DOCPER requirements while coordinating priorities, schedules, operational issues, deliverables, and mission risks with Government stakeholders.

Develops and sustains software supporting DoD waiver workflows, including submission, review, routing, validation, interfaces, and data handling. Translates mission requirements into software designs, conducts code reviews and testing, resolves defects, documents releases, and coordinates integration and deployment with technical teams and government stakeholders. The role also supports personnel deployment coordination, SPOT operations, and OCONUS theater clearance requirements.

Coordinates mission information, documentation, repositories, reporting, validation, version control, and distribution across distributed operational teams. Maintains traceability between requirements, decisions, actions, and records; supports knowledge transfer and resolves information gaps with government and technical stakeholders. Manages personnel deployments using SPOT and coordinates host-nation theater clearances and DOCPER requirements across multiple OCONUS areas. Requires active Secret clearance, U.S. passport validity, and substantial experience supporting military or healthcare IT programs.

Leads systems integration and Windows software deployment supporting military theater environments. Directs technical planning, configuration, testing, validation, troubleshooting, documentation, personnel deployments, SPOT tracking, and OCONUS theater clearance coordination. Requires active Secret clearance, U.S. passport, systems development experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and applicable DoDM 8140.03 qualifications.

Supports Forcepoint Trusted Thin Client systems within a multi-level security environment at a Combined Air Operations Center. Responsibilities include supporting cross-domain solutions, coordinating quarterly TTC health assessments, analyzing infrastructure health and capacity, recommending corrective actions, and maintaining system configuration, connectivity diagrams, and technical documentation.

Provide technical support, operations, maintenance, and system administration for communications and IT systems supporting a Combined Air Operations Center. Responsibilities include installing, patching, upgrading, tuning, optimizing, and repairing hardware and software; maintaining servers, applications, databases, configurations, and connectivity documentation; coordinating outage troubleshooting; and producing monthly status reports.

Provides IT and communications requirements development, project management, plans and agreement administration, lifecycle sustainment planning, and project documentation support for the Combined Air Operations Center. Coordinates technical staff, resources, milestones, exercises, inspections, and end-user requirements while tracking project status and recommending process improvements. Maintains operational plans, support agreements, project plans, and related documentation, supporting Air Force leadership and mission systems.

Provides Tier 2/3 support, software development, application integration, virtualization, testing, maintenance, and system administration for Trusted Thin Client environments supporting Air Operations Center missions. Integrates legacy applications, develops glueware, compiles and ports software, applies security enhancements, performs vulnerability assessments and QA testing, updates architectures and documentation, and delivers monthly engineering status reports.

Leads the Network Operations Team supporting CBP’s enterprise network infrastructure. Directs monitoring, maintenance, optimization, testing, and troubleshooting across LAN, WAN, internet, intranet, wireless, server, security, telecommunications, and service desk environments.
