The role requires knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Government markets, strong customer and partner relationships, and the ability to communicate technology solutions that support customer needs and revenue growth.

Plans, configures, tests, and implements operational changes and release packages. Requires federal procurement expertise, strong communication skills, an active security clearance or eligibility to obtain one, and frequent travel to customer sites.

Manages the full federal proposal development lifecycle from pre-RFP through submission. Leads proposal teams, develops schedules and compliance matrices, coordinates stakeholders and reviews, writes and edits proposal content, manages production activities, responds to revisions and deficiencies, and maintains proposal knowledge repositories. The role supports multiple simultaneous proposal efforts under aggressive deadlines and requires strong federal contracting proposal expertise, communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Oversee delivery of CBP network program task-order requirements, serving as the contractor’s primary customer contact. Manage complex, interrelated projects, personnel across multiple locations, quality management, schedules, costs, technical and financial reporting, task planning, deliverables, and senior-level client relationships.

Supports cybersecurity and Information Assurance programs for Air Operations Center networks and systems. Responsibilities include implementing security controls, managing risks and incidents, monitoring vulnerabilities, enforcing STIG configurations, maintaining RMF and accreditation artifacts, coordinating access and software approvals, supporting COMSEC, EMSEC, and OPSEC programs, and preparing cybersecurity reports. The role also provides technical support, policy development, compliance guidance, and remediation assistance under DoD and Air Force directives.

Leads technical professionals supporting CBP network infrastructure operations. Oversees network performance, end-to-end service quality, monitoring tools, troubleshooting, testing, security patching, and service improvements. Translates business requirements into telecommunications solutions, analyzes network operations, recommends modernization alternatives, supports end users and government stakeholders, and manages technical projects and teams.

Provides Tier 2/3 support and system administration for DoD cloud platforms at a Combined Air Operations Center. Responsibilities include deploying and maintaining Cloud Foundry instances, managing virtual servers and applications, applying security patches, monitoring performance and logs, troubleshooting platform and operating system issues, administering user accounts, supporting certification documentation, and maintaining cloud architecture diagrams. The role requires an active Secret clearance and VMware and Red Hat certifications.

Manages the full lifecycle of network infrastructure problems for a Customs and Border Protection support contract. Responsibilities include problem identification, investigation, diagnosis, trend analysis, workaround development, final solution coordination, process oversight, reporting, stakeholder communication, and issue closure. The role also provides recommendations for improving problem management processes and requires senior enterprise networking experience, leadership, project management, and knowledge of security and compliance.
