Provides Tier 2/3 support, software development, application integration, virtualization, testing, maintenance, and system administration for Trusted Thin Client environments supporting Air Operations Center missions. Integrates legacy applications, develops glueware, compiles and ports software, applies security enhancements, performs vulnerability assessments and QA testing, updates architectures and documentation, and delivers monthly engineering status reports.

Leads the Network Operations Team supporting CBP’s enterprise network infrastructure. Directs monitoring, maintenance, optimization, testing, and troubleshooting across LAN, WAN, internet, intranet, wireless, server, security, telecommunications, and service desk environments. Sets operational priorities, coordinates hardware and software problem resolution, supports end users and program management, and provides technical guidance while managing teams and projects.

Leads federal business development and capture strategy across priority agencies, including HHS, DHS, and the Department of War. Responsibilities include building and managing a $250M–$500M pipeline, identifying and shaping opportunities, developing win themes and teaming strategies, negotiating partnerships, coordinating proposal teams, and securing $50M+ in annual contract awards. The role requires executive relationships with federal stakeholders and expertise in acquisition processes, FAR, and major government contract vehicles.
