Manage domestic and international customer orders from entry through shipment, including transportation scheduling, shipping documentation, compliance coordination, shipment tracking, and issue resolution. Provide customer service, answer inquiries, coordinate with Sales, Planning, Production, Shipping, freight forwarders, and customs brokers, and proactively address order needs to maintain customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Manage assigned coatings accounts to drive revenue and margin growth by developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, qualifying opportunities, executing sales strategies, using CRM to manage pipeline, coordinating forecasting/pricing/inventory, and traveling to customer sites and trade shows (up to 50%).
