Prepares reports, dashboards, extracts, and analytics; maintains existing BI solutions; handles support tickets; troubleshoots routine data and ERP issues; validates and translates ERP data; and escalates complex architecture, integration, security, and performance issues.

Leads global indirect procurement strategy and execution, including category planning, sourcing events, supplier negotiations, contract development, supplier relationship management, risk and performance oversight, and cost optimization. Ensures compliant use of procurement channels and processes, monitors operational metrics, resolves purchasing issues, supports supplier audits, and guides site-based procurement resources across global operations.
