Provide professional customer service and manage orders from entry through shipment for domestic and international customers. Coordinate with Planning, Production, Shipping, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure compliance with regulations (Incoterms, HazMat) and on-time delivery. Answer inquiries, resolve order issues, track and expedite shipments, and act as customer advocate across Sales and internal teams.

The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for overall operational performance at the Cincinnati manufacturing site, leading Production and Maintenance teams, ensuring compliance, safety, and quality while driving continuous improvement and developing leadership capabilities within the organization.
